Have We Reached The End of the World?

A listener recently wrote in with these statements and questions:

"So much teaching is focussed on the end of the world, a "rapture," the mark of the beast, etc. Is there even such thing as a rapture? Is the jab the mark?"

I think many people share these questions and, though I know answering them can be hazardous to one's social standing, I will give it my best shot! (No pun intended). You may be thrilled with my answers, you may be angry and threatened by them, or you may want to have a good, old-fashioned debate about it. Any of those responses is a mark of an intriguing podcast.
